Forces of Nature

$795.00

While creating this painting, I was struck by a mental image of waves crashing onto rocks and all of the creatures that exist in this environment. I was surprised by how often I had to gas the reads in this piece to get them to “pop” the way I wanted them to. Oddly enough, when I brought this painting to one of my galleries the owner expressed his opinion that the reds were too bright. One more instance of proof that there are different strokes for different folks. My take away? If you love something, don’t apologize for it, embrace it unwaveringly!
